1. The Artist & The Vision

Who is AROHC?

AROHC is a seeker of infinite detail. After trading the chaotic streets of Milan for the serene silence of the Sila mountains in Calabria, he began transforming instinctive marks into monumental visual architectures. Every piece is a fragment of a meditative journey—a "secular prayer to slowness"—where ink becomes form and detail becomes life.

Are the artworks originals?

Yes. Every original artwork is hand-drawn in permanent ink on paper, without preliminary sketches (Controlled Automatism). Originals are available exclusively through Saatchi Art. For collectors seeking high-quality reproductions, our Giclée Fine Art Prints faithfully capture every stroke, preserving the depth and soul of the original work.

What does "Limited Edition" mean?

Limited Editions are produced in a strictly defined number of copies. Once sold out, they will never be reproduced in that format again, guaranteeing rarity and long-term value. Open Editions are also available for those who wish to begin their AROHC collection without limits.

2. Authenticity & Acquisition

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

Absolutely. Every Fine Art Print comes with an official certificate signed by the artist, confirming its origin, technique, and edition number. For Originals purchased via Saatchi Art, authenticity and provenance are fully guaranteed by the platform.

Can I commission a custom artwork?

Yes. AROHC accepts a limited number of private commissions each year through the “Subconscious Protocol”. Please contact us via email to discuss your vision and create a one-of-a-kind piece.

3. Shipping & Handling

How long will it take to receive my order?

Art requires patience. Preparation typically takes 6–10 business days. We do not offer express shipping; the wait is part of the meditative experience of owning a work born from hundreds of hours of manual labor.

How is the artwork packaged?

We use 100% Plastic-Free Ethical Packaging: ultra-sturdy pressed cardboard tubes and protective tissue paper. Our packaging is strong enough to protect the work and gentle enough for the planet.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 187 countries. Currently, we cannot ship to: Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. For non-EU shipments, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the collector.

4. Returns & Guarantees

What if I change my mind?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if the artwork resonates with your space. Returns within this period are covered by us. After 7 days, return shipping becomes the collector’s responsibility.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

If the artwork is damaged during transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with three photos of the packaging and the content. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Rights

What rights do I acquire with the artwork?

Ownership of the physical piece transfers to you, but all reproduction rights remain with AROHC.

  • No AI Training: Use of these images for AI model training is strictly prohibited.
  • No Commercial Use: Derivative products, merchandising, or resale of images for profit is not allowed.
  • Social Sharing: Sharing on social media for personal enjoyment is encouraged! Please tag @arohc.art so we can follow your journey.

6. Care & Placement

How should I handle the artwork?

Paper is a living medium. Handle the print with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves. After unboxing, let the piece rest flat on a clean surface to regain its natural form before framing.

Where should I display a Doodle Mosaic?

Choose a wall that allows for both Macro viewing (2–3 meters away) and Micro viewing (a few centimeters away). Avoid direct sunlight and use UV-protective glass frames to preserve the deep "Nectar" of the black ink for generations.

Do you collaborate with designers or galleries?

Yes. We partner with interior designers, boutique hotels, and galleries to integrate the AROHC aesthetic into curated spaces. Exhibition opportunities, brand collaborations, and custom installations are available for avant-garde projects.
